What It Is:
Human Design is a self-awareness tool. It illuminates how each person is uniquely designed to be most impactful and productive.
In the Human Design Team Event, I reveal the six pillars of each person's career profile to demonstrate how they're meant to best contribute to the organization.
Everyone comes away understanding how to leverage and optimize each person's unique gifts.

This event is for leaders and teams who believe that when people feel understood, seen, and valued for who they are and what they bring to the table, reaching business goals (sans burnout!) is a natural effect.

What To Expect:
Whether I travel to you or lead your team virtually, expect an event that'll leave your team refreshed and inspired to perform at their very best.
Live events at the location of your choice range from 3-4 hours on average. Virtual events can be offered during one single session or workshop style over several weeks or months. All events will be fully customized to your group's needs. There's no minimum or maximum number of people required.
