Get total career clarity

For every single person I support, their definition of success extends beyond title and income. Sure, the external validation of these things is nice. But they want more. They want purpose.

The thing is, most of them have had the career that looked glamorous from the outside but that felt wildly unfulfilling on the inside.

This was my journey for a large portion of my career. In fact, it’s why Higher House exists today – so that other people can stop doing just what they’re capable of and start doing what lights up every fiber of their being.

To some this idea may sound ridiculously idealistic. To me, this level of awareness is essential. Here’s why:

Life is uncertain. It’s a fact. (Ahem banks crashing, record layoffs, you get the idea).

The only control we have over anything is our ability to get crystal clear on the value we bring to the world. Your value = the talents, skills, and creative ideas that make you unique.

Put another way, it’s your connection with YOU that sets you apart from the crowd. And, this is the one thing that no one can ever take away from you.

So, here’s four questions to ask yourself (like today, my friend):

What type of work have you done on the days when you go to bed totally exhausted in the best way possible?

When you feel most seen and valued, what are you being recognized for?

What do you love learning about or studying? What is it that you find yourself googling?

What do people ask you for advice about or help with (that you actually want to offer your support for)? 

At the end of the day, no one can tell you what your path to success should look like.
